UniversalGaming strives to become marketleader in casual game distribution.
To realize this goal, UniversalGaming has acquired the exploitation rights of a series of international game portals (Gameportals.com). Aditionally, UniversalGaming is investing in new international game portal brands delivering a wide range of internet and mobile games worldwide (Playgum.com and Clippo.com). Finally UniversalGaming B.V. and MediaConcern B.V. have started the research on internet television in order to exlore possibilities to exploit an internet television portal (DigiChannel.com) in combination with two internet radio portals (Channel.fm and Channel.am).
UniversalGaming will be permitted to make additional participations in existing Portfolio Companies for strategic and operating purposes. UniversalGaming will generally acquire 100% controlling interests. |
